Please could a member clarify this CDM query. I have a customer who designs valves and distributes them to the energy industry throughout the UK. Am i correct in mentioning the CDM designers requirements. Clarification would be appreciated. Dave

Section 6 HASAWA duties are more appropriate. The person who specifies the items would be the CDM designer with duties undeer these regs Bob
