I guess I have worked in Scotland for to long SEARs = (Scotland's Environment and Rural Services )

Only any good if used correctly and not as a way of getting back at work collegues. I work on a site where they are used and are a total waste of time. i.e. man in red van using phone whilst driving, no reg etc, only have about 50 red vans on the site
