Hi We use the Holiday Inn Kings Cross-they have several different size rooms with all facilities, not too expensive and do a good buffet lunch in the price. Its about 10-15 mins walk from the Station

Have used the Ramada in Notting Hill Gate before (Ramada Hyde Park) Reasonable meeting room, food and IT support (and bar for after!!) No parking though, but easy by public transport as it's between two tube stations http://www.ramadajarvis....zOy72b4qQCFYVA4wodpA2wLQ
