Hi, Is there any one out there who has experiance in welding in the commerical vehicles industry i.e. HGVs. My question relates to when coded welding would need to apply or does it? for example if a technician was carrying out minor welding on a trailer chassis, this may be a small crac, rust etc then, would this be classed as structurtal welding or merely cosmetic. What is the criteria that would define when coded welders should be used? Any guidence would be appreciated. Ian
