I would suggest there are 3 elements to your aspirations

1) Fire awareness training, this can be achieved via a training course sourced from a range of providers (Abertay Training provide an IFE approved course across the UK, to include Belfast, and Ireland (Dublin))

2) Fire Fighting, there will be a range of instructor type courses potentially sourced from a number of Fire and Rescue Services and other commercial providers such as Fire training academy. It may be that previous experience in a fire service may given you a competency base on which to provide such training

3) To be able to instruct others on fire extinguisher maintenance would require a fair amount of training and it will not be cheap - the technicians servicing course alone could be 4 days and in excess of £1000
