Hi

I am interested in a suitable training course in Behavioural Safety and would welcome any reviews/comments regarding courses you may have attended (good or bad!), or indeed your experience in this area. I am a consultant and NEBOSH Diploma holder with 15 years experience as a practitioner. I have attended the odd half-day seminar about the topic, but get the impression that its a bit 'smoke and mirrors' and amounts to little more than good old fashioned people management, coupled with a robust inspection programme. Am I wrong in that assumption?
