As a company we have not had an accident for years. In the last four months I've had two go if with breaks through sporting injuries, one off with arthritis, my own father through illness and recently two accidents at work. Everyone trained, risk assessed, SSOW etc, etc, etc. in place really good practical guys. Talk about come in threes. What did I do to deserve a double batch of bad luck.
