Hi all, I have been asked to overlook the risk assesssments for a large kitchen at a country club. Should I have assessments for all tasks and another for the building, or just a single one covering the tasks.
I suppose either would be suitable but would like some of your thoughts please..

You will need one for fire, one for tasks, one for equipment and one for general movements taking in slips trips and falls. Don't forget a cleaning regime. No doubt others will add. Check out the HSE website for information.

As we have a kitchen at our premises, I took all the precautions in that I have risk assessed all of the equipment, trips / slips / falls and PAT on every part of electrical equipment. I have also put signs up regarding clenliness and of course the No Smoking signage.
I hope this is of help.
