Much discussion in currently being carried out here in Malta about the competence of project supervisors. The legislation here allows "anyone to take the designation given he or she is competent to do so" This is leaving room for interpretation and I heard many different views on this. Can anyone guide me to a good reference source that show more closer the criteria that make a person competent for such a designation? Nicholas Debono
