Who would be responsible for clearing ice and snow around a multi tenatnted premises (Office block steps, paths etc). Methinks the landlord in respect of these common areas ,but I would welcome yopur thoughts.

Check the lease - if it does not mention maintenance of the externals then it is with the landlord - Bob

depending on the situation/location the duty etc may fall upon the local council or similar but dont hold your breath waiting for them to gritt
