I am looking to renew our fire equipment contract, extinguishers, dry / wet risers and suppression systems, with invites going out to several suppliers. Unfortunately the current contract paperwork is useless - procurement issues - does anyone have a sample they could forward which will save me a great deal of time if I have to compose one myself.

Thanks

SBH

Why not send out a Procurement enquiry to prospective suppliers and installers first?

This can be a quite useful way of informing and building the formal tender. The prospective suppliers will essentially provide you with the relevant standards and references for supply, installation and maintenance - they are the experts after all!
