Can anyone guide me to a proper safe method to change oil of the forklift inside the premises? The problem that there is no well fleet as well that the forlifts bases are very low to the ground and there is no any space to the person to go underneath the fork.

Not wishing to knock you back but this sounds like one of those questions to which the answer is; "If you have to ask here, you probably shouldn't be doing it yourself". But I'm happy to give you some idea about what should happen. But a few fact finding questions first;
Which oil is you want to change?
Why do you want to change it?
Do you have the operators handbook?
