Can anyone advise where I might find an off the shelf safety sign depicting a foot operated safety stop. Have looked most places but can only come up with ones depicting hand operated.

Never seen one! Only sign that meets UK "regs" is as far as I can tell and from my investigations for a previous project is the "hand operated" one. This may be due to the standardisation of signage? Not sure where you are though Ali?
