Hi, Would someone kindly share a template which they are currently using for machine start ups. I work in Food manufacturing but finding it hard to compile a check sheet that can be used for similar machinery. I don't fancy having to draw up a check sheet for each piece of equipment. Any help would be much appreciated. Joe

Hi Kingfisher, I would probably start by creating a general Machine SSoW.

Also use the points as areas to list and address that are highlighted in PUWER and various machine British /EN Standards
