Hi all, I'm trying to establish some data that I can bench mark my companies incident rate against, I have calculated the incident rate and major incident rate for guests but I'm struggling to find anything to bench mark against. Does anybody have such data for a water park or swimming pool environment? Thanks Paul

Talk to your insurers, the HSE / EHO's as they should have some details and its a thing that people do not like to make public. Additionally; unless the info U get is like for like re your company the info may not mean much in the end anyway

Thanks Bob, I am hoping somebody from one of the large UK indoor water parks would like to share their statistics with me. I have tried the HSE but with no luck.

Surely you need to contact other similar water parks. You may find however, that you are trying to compare apples with pears.
