I am researching and writing a paper on corporate social responsibility in the public sector and would be grateful to colleagues if they have any suggestions, experiences or papers on this topic. Specific areas of interest are local government and devolved administrations.

Does CSR exist in the public or for that matter private sector? Apologies for being cynical but I have not seen much evidence of it in the 22 years I worked for a public organisation. CSR it is a management dream blighted by myopia. Happy to embellish if you want to contact me directly.
