Hello everybody,
Can anybody help me make a list as to what new legislation as been brought out in the past 12 months, in Construction like the new tower crane regs. Thanks for your help.

I think brian02 needs a little more help than that brett, he is specific about construction.
I'll start with the fire safety in construction HSG 168, not new regulations but a new guidance document.

Joint Code of Practice for the Prevention from Fire of Construction Sites and Buildings Undergoing Renovation was reveised in May 2009 (slightly outside your 12 month window).
Not legislation as such but it deals with fire issues on construction sites and dovetails in with CDM 2007. Can be a major issue if your projects exceed £2.5m value, 30 metres height or 3 storeys if timber framed.
Document can be sourced from the FPA.
