Hi - Can someone please tell me if we are working on a NEC contract project what are the additional (if any) duties in relation to CDM Documentation that needs to be produced. My understanding is reference must be made Site Information and Works Information and its not simply a matter of producing the PCI as per Schedule 3.

Any views greatly appreciated.

Thanks

My understanding of NEC terms is that there are optional clauses allowing any client to add in his own particular requirements, however these are surely more matters of contract than 'CDM' ?

By the by, Appendix 3 of the ACoP is concerned with the Construction Phase Plan, not the PCI.
In practice, it is the PCI which tends to shape the level of detail required of the contractor from his CPP and the Client's specific requirements for the H&S File.

"As built drawings" is a frequent contentious issue arising from Contract Terms.
