until the HSE actually enforce where they should enforce things will not change especially so as its usually the clients [and their advisers finance/insurers] who make the poor decisions, as people appear not to be able to mange, for which we recieve the bad press and not the H&S advisers!

The recent TV shows proves my point as the TV people will not have on board a person who can 'give it out' and 'take it' because this would show H&S in a new light
