I am looking to set a system up for the recycling of office paper etc.
I used to work at a place where cardboard bins were in place and when full a company came and collected them free of charge.
Any body know of such a company (we are Dudley, West Mids based)?

Try contacting your stationery supplier. Sometimes the larger ones offer this service. They run it alongside stationery deliveries; i.e. when they drop off a stationery order, they pick up any full sacks of recyclable paper.
