We have just received delivery of a new beam saw with all the health and safety documentation (e.g. manufacturer's manual, CE certificate etc) but it has a fabric "guard" where I would normally expect a rear fence to be. Has anyone else had this experience and if so did you accept it complied with WIS3, Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations and PUWER? Regards Lucy
