I am offski from the Uk shortly on a 3 - 4 year project abroad and during this period will have a lot of time on my hands with nowhere to go or nothing really to do, so I will have some money and time and though further education/qualifications is a good option. I have British Safety Council Level 6 Diploma and I am Chartered Status but have nothing in the Environment side of qualifications although I have experience. Now I know the MSc is probably seen as a the Rolls Royce of Qualifications and is available distance learning but would the NEBOSH Environmental Management Diploma be just as adequate in the eyes of new employers at the end of my contract in a few years time. Practicallity wise which is the better course for distance learning and which in peoples opinion would they recommend. Just pondering and reviewing my ideas. Thanks TSC

Thanks This project is the first time I will have the money to personally afford doing a MSc (unless I am lucky enough to land another project in the future, however with job market currently nothing is certain). I seen the project and time away from my family as a chance to earn some good money. I will have time and the money for this so have decided to definately go on with this and just awaiting some info now from providers. Regards Karel
