It's in the UK but apart from that, that's all I've been told. Quantity - not known - potentially quite a bit Location - not known - probably a warehouse site but can't be sure. I'm aware of the Regs you mention but wondered if anyone out there knew of any specific guidance that has been produced regarding this substance - be it by HSE / a Fire Authority / Industry code etc - I can then see what it says and apply the relevant Regs once further detail comes through. I'm just trying to get in first with requirements to make sure those that make the decisions are aware of what's necessary from the start rather than having to do remedial works (and costs) later on down the line.
