At last, I came across a food hygiene company that provides great training at reasonable rates. The lady who presented my course was originally from a legal background and had great presentation skills and kept the course interesting with good course workbooks, not the usual copy of the slides. I would recommend the company to anyone. A breath of fresh air. If you want the details let me know.
