I have a landscape gardening client who has been told that recent changes in legislation have affected the amount of fuel and pesticides he can carry in his vehicles. This has caught me unawares. Could anyone enlighten me a little or point me to a source of information Many thanks

This would depend on what, and how much he is carrying in his vehicle at any one time. The source of information you are after is in ADR Volume 1 Chapter 3.2 table a or b, you will need the UN number of the products, or the name, look under column 15 it will give you a transport category, go to the table in chapter 1.1.3.6 and it will tell you how much you can carry without coming fully under the regulations.
