At the company I work for (airport operator), we are interested in obtaining a software package for the following purposes:
audit, evaluate and review our SMS / risk assessments / incident recording and analysis.
We are among CHASE and SHE2000.
Has anyone any comments on the above or any other recommendations?

I am finding SHE 2000 excellent- a much improved version.
The training from Lexware on it is good too- although pricey.

We use both CHASE and SHE 2000. CHASE us fantastics, but to get best value out of it you need to modify the standard questionnaire to suit your industry.
It is a superb management tool.
I am much less enthusiastis about SHE 2000, it seems to have some fairly significant weaknesses and we have resorted to Excel for at least part of our data analysis, however it is useful for several things and we will continue to use it.
