Posted By George Wedgwood I may be able to help with H&S Planning examples. If you email me directly, I will forward a typical Plan directly to you. This is one of our Businesses 'continuous improvement' Plans and shows in some detail what they regard as vital to H&S improvement and performance in order to fulfil our Company Vision and key Values. It is loosely based on the BS approach but we as a Company have not formally adopted this as we see it as constraining and opening the door to 'consultants and check-lists' rather than bottom-driven initiative, participation and excellent communications at all levels. Regards, George (george.wedgwood@pgen.com)

Posted By Kevin Martin, you say your company is a way off implementation, at the risk of teaching granny to suck eggs can I ask how you know, if as I assume, you have not carried out a detailed audit, you are not in position of being able to plan effectively. So, if I was put in your position I would plan an audit, use a quality based system like RoSPA QSA the results of which should give you the basis for a sound plan.
