Hi i am looooking for information on the effects of strobe lighting.. I have some idea of its efects on bringing on fits etc..but i have not been able to get any written information or reference to regulations other than minimal information. i have tried technical indexes data base and ridlely etc. can anyone help..it is in relation to young people in care having theses lights in rooms and >>thanks for any help

The National Society for Epilepsy's website has some information. www.epilepsynse.org.uk/p.../info/leaflets/photo.cfm

I don't think you will find any specific regulations. The general recommendation is to keep frequency below 5Hz.
