I am currently working as a H & S Advisor in the Finance sector with a main role of identifying,developing, sourcing, administering training programmes and then delivering them.
I also cover all aspects of H&S within the organisation and act up in the absense of the H&S manager.
I am looking for comparable salaries for this role in this sector or similar.

Clare,
I work in the voluntary sector and my pay is linked yto that of local govenment. I do the design and delivery of the courses we offer and also provide advice and information to other groups and anyone who wants the help for free as we are Community Fund Funded.
Im on just under 20K if thats helpful, but i think in the overall picture im low on the scales.
