Posted By David Sinclair Can anybody help? I am looking for a MORT chart to use as part of an in-house presentation. It does not need to be that big (so a section will do - as long as it shows all three branches). Alternatively, does anybody know of a web site, that might have a chart? Any help will be gratefully received

Posted By David Sinclair Sorry. For those who have not come accross the term before, Management Oversight and Risk Tree (MORT) analysis is a method by which management and systems failures can be investigated. Most of the health and safety books (Ridley, Stranks, etc) have some information on MORT and other analysis tools. Hope this helps

Posted By Mark Preston This should do the trick - probably more than anyone wants to know about MORT analysis and diagrams too http://tis.eh.doe.gov/ov...orkbook/chpt7/chapt7.htm
