Posted By Patrick Dunn Help please! My company manages construction projects and we have been asked by a client to provide details of how we are managing health surveillance. We, as a company, provide a site manager but sub-contract out all labour. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how we can best implement a health surveillance scheme, bearing in mind that our only direct employees are the site managers and our client wants all site workers to be included? Any help will be very gratefully received

Posted By steve Patrick. HSG61 'Health Surveillanc at work' gives the information you require. Remember, that depending on the contract arrangment, you may sub let the work, but you will still have some degree of responsiblity for it's risks. Steve
