Not quite sure what you're asking? If you mean "How do I ask a question?" than click on "start a new thread" at the top right hand side of the list of current topics on the front page of the forum where you want to ask your question. Then just type away and submit.

Or do you mean, "how do I transfer the responses sent directly to you ("I've e-mailed you directly") onto the forum so that everyone can view them?
Only way I can think of is to open a new response and cut and paste from your e-mails

Hi,
Before I submit the EMS manual ( DRAFT )to my management I wanted people of this forum to read,review and comment on the EMS manual prepared by me ....1) It would not only help me to improve upon and incorporate the comments I would receive,but readers of this forum could also compare, modify,add,delete,simplify this EMS manual to suit their local requirement.This would help all concerned rather than re inventing the wheel.
Since the EMS manual contain more than 140/150 pages,I am not sure, how to upload this EMS manual( still a draft ) in this discussions forum for the information of all concerned to have individual views,comments and guidance. It may not be a perfect manual but took me more than 2 months to bring it to this stage where members of this discussions forum could have the opportunity to read it too. Regards

It would not be appropriate to post the whole of your document on this forum. The forum is designed for short discussion messages and responses and cannot handle long documents. If you wish people to comment on a produced document, you need to post a message stating that you have a document for which you would appreciate comments, and invite individuals to e-mail you direct to ask for a copy. You can then send to them by either mail or e-mail, and they can respond to you again directly and not via the forum.
