Has any of the membership put together in tabulated form a quick guide to try and ascertain whether a job is notifiable/non notifiable - Licensable/ Non licensable. Know this is a tricky question but there must be some quick reference to at least point you in the right direction .. thank in advance of any help, tips or comments

There is no quick easy reference as this can only be decided by a competent person, testing, a risk assessment, air monitoring etc. A good asbestos survey should point you in the right direction but beware I seen some poor surveys that are aimed at getting additional work.
