The internet shows fairly detailed technical data sheets which include various application methods (airless spraying, spray nozzle sizes / fan angle...).

It also shows Safety Data Sheets which indicate this type of epoxy based product is intended for Industrial Use Only by its manufacturers - anyone selling this to the general public is failing to fulfil their supply chain obligations.

Armed with manufacturer literature and an understanding of your workplace (its environment and available equipment) how to use such a product at your site is down to the employers assessment.

It would be difficult for anyone to comment further as we do not have intimate knowledge of the site, the vessel(s), the equipment available, the personnel, any adjacent works

Go to the HSE website section on guidance and type in 'two pack painting'. You will find several guidance sheets that I think will help you.

However, one point I will make on these. Those that I have looked at show single-use nitrile gloves being worn. These are not suitable for two pack paints as the hardener may well contain a solvent and this will permeate these gloves in seconds. A thicker nitrile gauntlet will provide more substantial protection, but even these will only have a limited life due to the solvent permeating the glove and taking any sensitiser in the paint through with it.
