Safety Devices for Temporary Electrical Supply in Construction Project

We ( Contractor & Safety Advisor) are discussing what would be the tripping limit (mA) for GFCI installed. Our installed GFCI is adjust at 200mA, while our advisor said it must be 30mA to protect workers from electric shock.
Is there any code/standard that clarify the tripping limit of GFCI at electric supply with 240 Vac.?
How we can select which safety device(GFCI,ELCB,RCD) need to be used as site situation ?
