Seeking advice on suitable RPE for Licensed and Non-licensed asbestos specially for those operatives who has facial hair. Also, cleaning up procedure for the reusable respirators, powered hood etc. after completing the task.

No offence intended, but nobody involved within the asbestos industry (particularly where licenced work is involved) should be seeking advice on the wearing, use or maintenance of RPE.

I would suggest using an accredited consultancy to advise on the nature of the proposed work.  You will then be able to procure accredited organisations to survey, test and remove if necessary.
