I understand the requirement for documents such as Accident
reports (involving Asbestos Etc)/exposure measuring and occupation health
records to be kept for 40 years, but does this also apply to item such as medical
examination certificates (hearing tests, lung function tests Etc) or pre employment health screening.


Or does anyone have an example of H&S documentation retention timelines.

I have a word document with retention times on from our employment law advisor. If you pm me an email address I can send it to you (since you can't post files on here and pasting just messes up the formatting)

how do you PM on here? it would be useful to have a copy to as years ago we got caught with a claim as the paperwork had been destroyed that would have won our case... but with GDPR its a minefield
