Looking for any comments on control measures to put in a Lone Working Risk Assessment for cleaners in multi storey office blocks who work out of hours.

You obviously have more knowledge about this than your question reveals e.g. is there a security desk? a security officer present whilst the cleaners are at site? a mobile officer walking the floors (and frequency)? Single or multiple staff? Visiting supervision? Supervision frequency? work undertaken? Without the potential risks it is impossible to formulate suitable controls. Actually, no. We have a security line where a guard can get to builidngs within a certain time but they aren't on site all the time. Where we would favour people to work more suitable, friendly hours, they choose out of hours. And there are many many buildings so security can vary from one area to another. Thanks for responding though
