Does anyone have a good template/checklist for ISO14001/ISO45001 internal audit checklist.

I had one for the old version of ISO14001 with OHSAS18001 but both of these are now obsolete.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi
Try using the standards themselves and the guidance to required documented evidence contained within them. Also, for 14001 you could look at 14004:2016 which is a practical guide to implementation.
