Received an email today from a client, I've not heard of this "publish online" bit, has anyone else? like where? on the website? Aparently it came from a Large HR company that does H&S too.

"The UK government has launched new guidelines for managing the risks of COVID-19 in your workplace.

You now need to carry out a COVID-19 risk assessment before you reopen your business and publish the results online if you have more than 50 staff. It’s important that you don’t put this off though…

Because the government’s promised a hard stance against employers who bring staff back to work without the proper protection. It’s even invested £14 million to help the HSE enforce safety rules."

The government guidance documents for the various types of businesses do suggest the risk assessment should be published on the website, and that this is expected for businesses employing 50 or more staff.

It is not however a requirement.
