Dear All,

I am looking for a detailed accident report for any of the safety incident that occurred during exhibitions or events. Appreciate if anyone could help.

Prads, possibly your question is too specific.

Many years ago I was involved in an investigation in which there was an uncontrolled firework explosion at an event, the closing ceremony of the Glasgow Garden Festival, but my guess is that this was nothing remotely similar to what you were asking about.
