Hi All, is anyone looking at a one stop shop that provides up to date information on Covid-19 regulations and current guidance. Currently in the UK alone we have Scotland, England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands all giving guidance and making rules on the control of Covid-19. We are now seeing local government coming into the mix with lockdowns in Leicester and presumably more will follow. Has anyone found or know of a system that is basically a one stop shop for pulling the most up to date guidance?

I am not sure what is the issue. You need to be clear what is being talked about. Firstly, there is legislation: actual laws that you need to follow and they are always published on http://www.legislation.gov.uk/. All UK legislation (including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) is there. Then there is guidance which is published here https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus Local government in this country does not make its own laws. It has delegated powers, but these are still national laws and are posted on the legislation website above, see The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (Leicester) Regulations 2020. There are companies who will supply you with updates etc but I am not convinced that they are worth the money. What you mainly pay for is a pretty layout and comments on things like precedents/case law etc but since all of this is new stuff those have not happened. The main thing is to be clear as to what is an actual legal requirement, what is guidance and what is some minister spouting off on some subject they have no knowledge of.
