Yep. It starts prior to its needed time.

By the way, since I'm in the group that receives the aTIV vaccine.....and will inevitably also be one of the priority targets for any CV19 vaccine, the govt can expect a lower uptake this year, if the [expected] anti-vaxxer rumour starts.. Nobody trusts them!!
