Hi,

I am creating a new Integrated Management Review Meeting within the company I work for and am seeking a template for the

  • Management Review Meeting Agenda
  • Management Review Meeting Notes

Would anyone be happy to share what they use please?

Many thanks,

Sophie

I guess you are looking for a mangement review agenda because you have an integrated management system based on at least two of the three major ISO's (9001, 14001 and 45001).  All of the standards lay out in section 9.3 the requirements, therefore the agenda for the management review process.  What I have done in the past is taken the agenda for 9001 and added in any additonal requirements for the other two standards. This has worked well over the years and has gone through a number of audits by BSI and other accreditation bodies.  I am happy to help with a agenda if you message me.

My view is that the clauses of the standards for any quality management system (especially 45001) should be naturally occurring rather than being fashioned. If we produce a management review agenda and management review notes, are we manufacturing the review just for the accreditation?

I guess what I am trying to say is review your management system in an ongoing fashion using different methods, for example, top management meetings, management walking the floor, checking the status accidents/incidents, safety performance analyst and review, etc. Reviews can be achieved in lots of ways and not just in one annual meeting.

In a previous audit, I mapped the clauses of the system against several business meetings and other naturally occurring evidence. Although it made it difficult for the audition to audit, it was noted as a positive approach and how the quality system was designed to be used. Make the quality system fit your business and not the business fit the quality system. Also, remember the ‘aspiration to improve’ in your management review.

Not right or wrong, just different.
