Hi all
For new coffee machines do we need a written scheme of examination document now or only when it is due for it examaiantion
I hope that makes sense?

If it uses steam then yes as its classed as a pressure vessel - usualy the manufactures indtructions about what the "service" should cover will be enough.
It is one that catches a lot of cafes etc out. Insurance companies can help but often it will add a cost to your liability insurance policy.
