Suspect your auditor is looking at the proposals for more effective Building Regulations inclusive of a new Building Regulator under the Health and Safety Executive.

Arguably this will have more impact on Permanent Works than TW, though clearly if you design in flammable cladding into a tower block then this presents temporary as well as ongoing risks.

Of the VERY, VERY small number of prosecutions against Designers, CDM Co-ordinators and Principal Designers under the CDM Regulations, a couple have involved lack of control of the fire risks associated with timber frame construction in extensions to occupied residential care homes.
