Does anyone have, or can direct me to a comparison between the UK CDM regulations and the equivalent in each european country? I am particularly interested in Germany, France and Italy as I am already familiar with those in the Netherlands, Belgium and Republic of Ireland. James - there are some sources on the EU-OSHA website that discuss the various approaches taken by EU Member States to transposing the Temporary or Mobile Construction Sites Directive (and other Directives). You are unlikely to find all that you are looking for by concentrating solely on TMCSD as it is a "daughter Directive" to the Framework Directive 89/391/EEC. Remember also that CDM does not transpose all parts of TMCSD and that CDM contains provisions that are derived from prior GB legislation. Edited by user 14 January 2021 16:17:36(UTC)
