I'm making changes to my site's fire alarm in terms of what sounds and where.  I've been asked to complete a cause and effect document.  Does anyone know of a standard template for this please?

Thank you

Google can be your friend here (search 'fire alarm cause and effect matrix') and, for example, for me it has come up with UCL's excellent example of a simpe C&E matrix

However, perhaps you should start this exercise by consulting your fire alarm engineers. They may have an existing C&E matrix and will be able to tell you what is, and what isnt possible with your system as you are proposing changes.
