Does any know any external company that provide DSEAR Assessment for a newly acquired site (early design stage) and provide detail recommendation.
We are typically looking for the following:
- Review site plans/ designs.
- Interrogate plans and SAICA employee to identify possible DSEAR/ATEX areas.
- Timeframe - to get started immediately so we can design safety / eliminate DSEAR areas if possible
- Risk assessment showing residual risk and recommended controls. (we expect before, during and after assessment)
- Make clear recommendations to minimise risk.
- Assessment Methodology (including who and what they need to see)
- Involvement at design, commissioning and "fully up and running" phases.
- General guidance and advice.
- Cost for the assessment.
- Outputs - what will they deliver for the money.
