Good Morning Everyone, i hope all are safe and well.
My employer has asked me to take the lead for a client and has tasked me to develope a Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality plan.
This is something i have never done before, can i ask for some advice of where to start?

Hi Stephen Why not start with SHEQ plans your employer has developed for comparable projects for other clients? Many potential respondents to your question will be quite rightly concerned about the Professional Indemnity Insurance implications of answering here.
